I often pop into My Lifemax to have a look at what is going on over the pond. Here is the first recipe I have taken from there to use your Lifemax Mila.
Cheese Spread: Good for you and tastes great!
1.5 cups feta cheese
1.5 cups cream cheese
2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grape seed oil
2 cloves real garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 full scoop Mila
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. This delicious recipe can be made ahead of time! You can serve at room temperature for softer spread, or you can serve cold for slicing.
Serve with crackers, bread, nacho chips, or veggies.

For all of you impatient people out there, I should know I am one too, I now have confirmation that Lifemax will be available in Europe from at the latest the second quarter of 2010 although we are trying to make it as early as February.
I am due on a conference call with a few of the bosses very soon to firm up the plans. Ireland is working very well on the trial that is being done by a few Irish people using addresses in Florida. The results that are being produced here in Spain by those on the trial are particularly pleasing with cholesterol and depression issues being remedied very well and athletes using it to quicken muscle recuperation from exercise.
